1. 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your Giraffe Gang gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your physical apparel or accessory purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and original polybag packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation number or packing slip) is required.
• Digital products (such as virtual coaching sessions) and VIP event access vouchers are non-refundable once scheduled or redeemed.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or size exchange, email our support team at support@lskstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will generate a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Los Angeles warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
